Projects: School Support for Less-Privileged Children with Disabilities

School Support for Less-Privileged Children with Disabilities

Education as a fundamental right

Every child has the right to education, regardless of physical, intellectual or developmental challenges. However, many children with disabilities face significant barriers to learning. Some have special educational needs because their disabilities affect how they learn, communicate or move within a school environment. As a result, millions of children with disabilities are excluded from education altogether.

Children left behind due to poverty

TrueWorldHelp Organization is committed to educating, protecting and empowering disadvantaged children with physical or developmental disabilities. Many of these children have been hidden, systematically left behind or even forgotten, largely due to poverty, stigma and lack of access to appropriate support services. Our goal is to ensure that these children are given the opportunity to discover their abilities, develop their potential and live as independently as possible.

Protection from abuse and exploitation

Children with disabilities are at a significantly higher risk of violence, abuse and exploitation. With your support, we can help reduce these risks by creating safer, more inclusive environments and ensuring that children with disabilities are protected, respected and valued within their communities.

Providing essential support and assistive resources

This project focuses on providing specialist aids, equipment and services that enable children with disabilities to participate fully in school life. These include wheelchairs, walking frames, ramps, splints, braces, hearing aids, toys, learning materials, therapy services, accessible school environments, medication and recreational opportunities. Access to such support reduces isolation, challenges discrimination and helps change negative attitudes toward children with disabilities.

Inclusion, dignity and opportunity

By supporting inclusive education, we help children with disabilities gain confidence, build skills and become active members of their communities. Education not only improves their quality of life, but also strengthens families, schools and society as a whole.
