Football has long been recognized as an effective way to engage young people and support their personal development. In Kenya, where football is deeply rooted in everyday life, the sport provides a natural platform to connect with youth, build confidence and encourage positive behavior.

Building inclusive and resilient communities

Empowering young people and ensuring they participate in decisions that affect their lives is essential for building inclusive, equitable and just societies. When youth are given opportunities to engage constructively, they become more resilient to present and future challenges and contribute positively to their communities.

Supporting talent through sports equipment

Through this project, our Youth Engagement Manager aims to provide young people with essential football equipment such as balls, uniforms, soccer boots and training gear. These resources help nurture talent, creativity and skills, while also keeping youth engaged in positive activities and away from daily stress and negative influences.

Positive impact beyond the field

Participation in sports promotes discipline, teamwork and self-esteem. Football activities help young people stay active, develop leadership skills and grow into responsible and engaged citizens.
