Clean Water for the Ng'iya Community in Kenya
TrueWorldHelp Organization has successfully provided access to clean and safe drinking water for the Ng'iya community in Kenya by drilling a borehole equipped with a pump. For many years, this community had been suffering from a severe water crisis that affected daily life, health and overall well-being.
Before the borehole was installed, residents were forced to walk long distances to collect water from unsafe and contaminated sources, exposing families to serious health risks. With the new water source in place, the community now has reliable access to clean water for drinking, cooking and washing.
The impact of this project has been immediate and profound. Improved access to water has reduced health risks, eased daily burdens—especially for women and children—and restored dignity to the community.
Community members expressed deep gratitude for the support provided by TrueWorldHelp. One resident shared:
“We are extremely grateful to TrueWorldHelp for bringing us this gift of water. We no longer fear drinking dirty water and can now focus on improving our lives and caring for our families.”
This water project is part of TrueWorldHelp’s broader commitment to addressing poverty, health, education and sanitation challenges across Africa. By working closely with local communities, we aim to deliver sustainable and long-lasting solutions.
As the Ng'iya community continues to benefit from this borehole, TrueWorldHelp remains committed to expanding similar water projects in other communities facing water shortages. Please join us in supporting this vital water crisis initiative.
