Donation of sanitary towels to schoolgirls in the villages

These issues are not talked about openly in Africa as female menstruation is still considered a social taboo due to embarrassment, lack of understanding and the low priority of such problems in the face of starvation, violence, death, illiteracy and the many struggles of daily life.

Our project is here to assist, thousands of these girls who would be absent from school due to lack of protection during their monthly cycle.

Our mission is to raise awareness on gender issues and bring it out in the open. We also teach young girls that their menstrual cycles are natural, a sign of good reproductive health and is something they have in common with other girls worldwide!

Through our programs, we aim to improve the health and the quality of life for the less privileged girls and women across the country/ world and we need your support to reach as many girls as possible with sanitary products this year. You can help change their story!

So far, this project has been made possible by the contributions of various donors and partners as: ……

Sanitary towels cost about $1 USD and can be used in a clean healthy way for one month.

For a mere $12 USD you can sponsor a girl for a year and ensure that she always has her own sanitary towels.

In case you have products, you want to donate, we can schedule a pickup point. Or you can as well send them to the provided address..
