Our youth empowerment programs are positive developmental settings that promote young people by creating healthier and higher qualities of life for underprivileged or at-risk youth.  

We specifically focus on youths being active, instrumental agents of change in their communities, that their voice would be respected.

The youth learn more on how to develop positive sense of self, self-control, decision-making skills, moral system of belief, and pro-social connectedness.  

With these skills, they get strong in Community empowerment where they learn to focus on their community by showing leadership development and creating support, in Cultural empowerment they get involved in cultural practices and rules, the psychological empowerment enhances consciousness like self-confidence, self-efficacy, awareness and knowledge of how to address problems that harm their quality of life and find solutions. Social empowerment teaches them about social inclusion as helping kids find the resources to be proactive in their communities. Organizational empowerment is expected to create unions and associations that aim to protect, promote and advocate for the powerless. Economic empowerment teaches them entrepreneurial skills on how to take ownership of their assets to have income security and become independent.  

We face big challenges on daily basis to help the world’s poorest people and ensure that everyone sees benefits from economic growth. In our research and point of interest, we narrowed down the dig deep in empowering youths who are interested in exploiting their talents but still can’t fully manage to do that due to lack of resources.  

Remember, an idle mind is the workshop of the devil!
